Value-Add others with your Influence

Was away for this two days to attend a course on "value-add others with your influence".

The course is great!! The trainer was excellence, I would rate him as a master in the field... Slow, steady but definitely not boring. I picked up a few principles, tatics and skill of using my influence. I have also discover my style of influence and pick up some tips during the course to "defence" myself if someone is trying to influence me. :)
